Study on Potential Risk Assessment for Informatization of College Party Construction

在梳理当前党建信息化问题表征的基础上,采用德尔菲法建立高校党建信息化风险度量指标体系,凝练了潜在风险的主要因素,并结合模糊集和熵权理论进行量化分析与评价.实例分析结果表明,该模型能有效规避人为主观因素,解决了风险度量中各部分权重分配的问题,为高校党建信息化潜在风险的识别和量化提供了新的思路和方法.

Based on the problems of informatization of party construction,this paper uses Delphi method to establish the risk evaluation index system for informatization of college party construction and condense the main factors of potential risk.Furthermore,we use fuzzy set and entropy weight theory to evaluate the risk.The results of case analysis show that the method proposed can effectively avoid the subjective factors and solve the allocation of weight among the risk factors.Moreover,it provide a new risk assessment method for informatization of college party construction.
