板式铅黏弹性阻尼器性能的有限元模拟

摘要 设计了11组不同构造的板式铅黏弹性阻尼器有限元模型,基于铅芯布置形式、薄钢板与橡胶厚度比、铅芯个数、铅芯直径以及加载幅值对阻尼器耗能性能影响的问题,利用有限元软件ABAQUS对其进行数值模拟分析。结果表明:铅芯布置形式单铅芯为宜;薄钢板与橡胶厚度比对阻尼器耗能性能影响明显;随着铅芯个数增多和铅芯直径的增大,滞回环面积、耗能系数及等效阻尼比也随之增大。 Eleven finite element models of plate lead viscoelastic dampers with different structures were designed.Based on the influence of lead core layout,thickness ratio of thin steel plate to rubber,number of lead cores,lead core diameter and loading amplitude in energy dissipation performance of the dampers,the finite element software ABAQUS was used to carry out numerical simulation analysis.The results show that the layout of lead core is suitable for single lead core;the thickness ratio of thin steel plate to rubber has a significant effect on energy dissipation performance of the damper;with the increase of lead core number and lead core diameter,the hysteretic loop area,energy dissipation coefficient and equivalent damping ratio also increase.
