摘要 对于中小型铁路旅客站房的BIM正向设计无论是混凝土结构还是钢结构都存在软件使用及设计成果与国内相关标准不适应,不同软件建立的BIM模型在各BIM正向设计软件中存在数据传递数据丢失、模型利用率较低等难题。以某站房工程为依托,基于Revit的土建、机电正向设计、Staad的钢结构网架计算分析、Tekla的网架节点深化、Lumion的景观效果模拟,实现了站房各专业的出图、算量、仿真模拟及钢结构BIM模型的计算分析与节点深化。本次BIM正向设计创新了一系列站房BIM数据整合、协同设计的应用方法及流程。检验了各BIM软件生成的二维图形成果、工程量、效果模拟等是符合实际工程的;多平台协同设计流程及解决方案是切实可行的,研究成果可为类似项目提供借鉴与参考。 For the BIM forward design of small and medium-sized railway passenger station building,whether it is concrete structure or steel structure,there are problems in the use of software and the design results do not adapt to the relevant domestic standards.The BIM model established by different softwares has the problems of data transmission data loss and low model utilization rate in each BIM forward design software.On the basis of a station building project,based on Revit civil engineering,mechanical and electrical forward design,STAAD based steel structure grid calculation and analysis,Tekla based grid node deepening,Lumion based landscape effect simulation,the professional drawing,calculation,simulation and calculation analysis,and node deepening based on BIM model of steel structure are realized.This positive design of BIM innovates a series of application methods and processes of BIM data integration and collaborative design of station buildings.It is verified that the two-dimensional graphic results,quantities and effect simulation generated by BIM software are in line with the actual project;the multi platform collaborative design process and solution are feasible,and the research results can provide reference for similar projects.
