薄壁变形机匣件限位检测方法的研究与优化 被引量:3

摘要 为研究薄壁变形机匣件在装配状态下约束表面与相关表面形位误差的变化规律,提出一种限位检测方法。通过有限元模拟机匣件实际装配,分析了不同装夹参数对约束面平面度的影响,并用直观分析法求出了主要影响因素为压板位置。利用所建立的模型,分析了约束面在限位状态下相关表面平面度及平行度的变化情况。通过神经元网络建立了压板位置与约束面平面度的预测模型,并用遗传算法求解了约束面平面度全局最小值及相应的压板位置,从而有效地控制整个机匣件的变形。 In order to study the deformation law of the form and position errors between the constrained surface and related surface of the thin-walled deformed engine casing in the assembled state, a restraint measure method was proposed. The finite element method was used to simulate the actual assembly of the casing, and the influence of different clamping parameters on the flatness of the constraint surface was analyzed. Through the intuitive analysis, it was determined the main influencing factor was the platen position. By using the established model, the variation of the flatness and parallelism of the relevant surfaces under the restraint state were analyzed. The prediction models of the platen position and the constraint surface flatness were established by using the neural network, and the global minimum value of the constraint surface flatness and the corresponding platen position were solved by using the genetic algorithm, so that the deformation of the whole casing could be effectively controlled.
