摘要
建立封隔器胶筒的有限元分析模型,模拟圆筒型、梯形环槽型、半圆环槽胶筒型3种不同类型胶筒的变形过程,对不同类型的胶筒在约束变形阶段的稳定性进行分析;提出通过仿真数据判断胶筒稳定性的方法,对比3种不同类型胶筒的稳定变形过程。结果表明:随着高径比的增加,3种不同结构的胶筒均会出现不稳定变形的现象;拥有支撑环的胶筒(梯形环槽型、半圆环槽胶筒)比圆筒型胶筒更容易出现不稳定变形,其中,半圆环槽型胶筒所需的稳定变形载荷比梯形的更大;材料差异对稳定变形载荷的变化趋势影响较小,仅对3种胶筒达到稳定变形的载荷值有影响。
The finite element analysis model of packer rubber was established,the deformation process of three different types of rubbers,i.e.cylindrical rubber,trapezoidal rubber and semicircular rubber,was simulated,and the stability of different types of rubbers during constrained deformation was analyzed.A method was presented to judge the stability of rubbers by the simulation data,and the stable deformation of three different types of rubbers in the constrained stage was compared.The results show that with the increase of the ratio of height to diameter,the unstable deformation of three different types of rubbers will occur.The rubbers with support ring(trapezoid ring groove and half ring groove rubbers)is more prone to unstable deformation than the cylindrical rubber,and the stable deformation load needed by the semi-circular ring rubber is larger than that of the trapezoid rubber.The material difference has little influence on the change trend of the stable deformation load,and only has influence on the value of the stable deformation load.
