百多邦联合远红外线治疗在腹膜透析患者出口处感染中的应用效果

Application effect of Bactroban combined with far infrared ray in the treatment of peritoneal dialysis patients with infection at the exit

目的探讨百多邦联合远红外线治疗在腹膜透析患者出口处感染中的应用效果。方法选取2018年4月至2019年9月在本院腹膜透析随访出口处感染41例,将其随机分为两组。对照组采取百多邦治疗方法,试验组采取百多邦联合远红外线治疗方法,对比两组疗效。结果对照组19例,治愈天数1~5 d为7例,治愈天数6~10 d为9例,对照组切口治疗有效率为52.6%(10/19);试验组22例,治愈天数1~5 d为16例,治愈天数6~10 d为5例,试验组切口治疗有效率为86.4%(19/22);试验组患者切口治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组切口愈合天数为(6.79±2.94)d,试验组切口愈合天数为(4.45±1.47)d,试验组患者的切口愈合天数明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论百多邦联合远红外线治疗在腹膜透析出口处感染患者中进行护理的效果好。此护理方法值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective To investigate the application effect of Bactroban combined with far infrared ray in the treatment of peritoneal dialysis patients with infection at the exit.Methods A total of 41 cases of infection at the exit of peritoneal dialysis during follow-up visit in our hospital from April 2018 to September 2019 were selected and were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with Bactroban,and the experimental group was treated with the Bactroban combined with far infrared ray.The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of incision treatment was 52.6%(10/19)in the control group,86.4%(19/22)in the experimental group,and that in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The healing days of the control group were(6.79±2.94)days,significantly less than(4.45±1.47)days of the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bactroban combined with far infrared ray therapy is effective in nursing patients infected at peritoneal dialysis outlet.This nursing method is worthy of clinical application.
