健脾祛湿汤治疗湿疹对患者EASI积分及免疫水平的影响

Effect of Jianpi Qushi decoction on EASI score and immune level of patients with eczema

目的探讨健脾祛湿汤治疗湿疹对患者EASI积分及免疫水平的影响。方法从2018年1月至2019年12月本院诊治的湿疹患者中,随机筛选出106例作为研究对象,并基于随机数字表法分为观察组(54例)与对照组(52例)。两组均外用地奈德乳膏,2次/d,对照组行常规治疗,口服盐酸左西替利嗪片,1次/d,1次/片,观察组行健脾祛湿汤治疗,内服1剂/d,分2次服用,7 d为1个疗程,持续治疗4个疗程。评价两组总有效率,并对比治疗前后EASI(严重程度)评分、VAS(视觉模拟)评分及白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-5(IL-5)水平。结果相较于对照组,观察组总有效率明显更高[96.30%(52/54)比82.69%(43/52)](P<0.05)。治疗前,两组EASI评分、VAS评分差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),治疗后,观察组EASI评分[(3.42±1.12)比(5.84±1.87)]、VAS评分[(1.72±0.63)比(3.95±1.07)]均明显更低(均P<0.05)。治疗前,两组IL-4、IL-5水平差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),治疗1个疗程、2个疗程、3个疗程、4个疗程,观察组IL-4减少量、IL-5减少量均明显高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论健脾祛湿汤治疗湿疹临床疗效显著,可有效缓解患者临床症状,减轻疼痛,改善免疫状态,有利于预后。

Objective To explore the effect of Jianpi Qushi decoction on EASI score and immune level of patients with eczema.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,106 patients with eczema in our hospital were randomly selected as the research objects and were divided into observation group(54 cases)and control group(52 cases)based on the random number table method.Both groups were externally applied desonide cream twice a day,the control group received conventional treatment,oral levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets,once a day,once per tablet,the observation group was treated with Jianpi Qushi decoction,orally taken 1 dose/d,taken for 2 times,7 d as 1 course of treatment,continuous treatment for 4 courses.The total effective rates of the two groups were evaluated,and the EASI(severity)score,VAS(visual analog)score,serum interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-5(IL-5)levels were compared before and after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher[96.30%(52/54)vs.82.69%(43/52)](P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in EASI score or VAS score between the two groups(both P>0.05).After treatment,the EASI score[(3.42±1.12)vs.(5.84±1.87)]and VAS score[(1.72±0.63)vs.(3.95±1.07)]of the observation group were significantly lower(both P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of IL-4 and IL-5 between the two groups(both P>0.05).After treatment for 1 course,2 courses,3 courses,and 4 courses,the reduction in IL-4 and IL-5 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Qushi decoction has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of eczema,which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,relieve pain,improve immune status,and benefit the prognosis.
