妊娠期糖尿病孕妇阿司匹林联合诺和灵30R治疗对其血清白蛋白及FPG、PPG水平的影响

Effect of aspirin combined with Novolin 30R on serum albumin,FPG,and PPG in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus

目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病孕妇阿司匹林联合诺和灵30R治疗对其血清白蛋白及FPG、PPG水平的影响。方法选取2017年7月至2020年2月本院收治的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇76例,按使用药物的不同将其分为两组,对照组应用阿司匹林治疗,研究组应用阿司匹林联合诺和灵30R治疗。比较两组血清白蛋白、PPG、FPG、糖化血红蛋白、糖化血清蛋白值、低血糖发生率、血糖达标率、临床疗效。结果研究组治疗后血清白蛋白、PPG、FPG值[(13.82±1.13)、(7.32±1.44)、(6.06±0.94)mmol/L]均低于对照组[(16.21±2.19)、(9.51±1.63)、(9.13±1.85)mmol/L](均P<0.001)。研究组治疗后糖化血红蛋白、糖化血清蛋白[(5.57±0.09)%、(1.03±0.03)mmol/L]均低于对照组[(6.72±0.13)%、(1.62±0.12)mmol/L](均P<0.001)。研究组低血糖发生率[5.3%(2/38)]低于对照组[23.7%(9/38)](P=0.022),血糖达标率[92.1%(35/38)]高于对照组[71.1%(27/38)](P=0.018)。结论妊娠期糖尿病孕妇治疗过程当中,阿司匹林联合诺和灵30R治疗效果比较明显,可以改善血清白蛋白、FPG、PPG水平,临床上应当进一步推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of aspirin combined with Novolin 30R on serum albumin,FPG,and PPG in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 76 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus who were admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to February 2020 were divided into two groups according to the drug use.The control group was treated with aspirin,and the study group was treated with aspirin combined with Novolin 30R.The levels of serum albumin,PPG,FPG,glycosylated hemoglobin,glycated serum protein,the incidence of hypoglycemia,the rate of blood glucose reaching the standard,and the clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of serum albumin,PPG,and FPG in the study group after treatment[(13.82±1.13),(7.32±1.44),(6.06±0.94)mmol/L]were lower than those in the control group[(16.21±2.19),(9.51±1.63),(9.13±1.85)mmol/L](all P<0.001).The levels of glycosylated hemoglobin and glycated serum protein in the study group after treatment[(5.57±0.09)%,(1.03±0.03)mmol/L]were lower than those in the control group[(6.72±0.13)%,(1.62±0.12)mmol/L](both P<0.001).The incidence of hypoglycemia in the study group[5.3%(2/38)]was lower than that in the control group[23.7%(9/38)](P=0.022);the rate of blood glucose reaching the standard[92.1%(35/38)]was higher than that in the control group[71.1%(27/38)](P=0.018).Conclusion During the treatment of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus,aspirin combined with Novolin 30R has obvious therapeutic effect,which can improve the levels of serum albumin,FPG,and PPG,and should be further popularized and applied in clinic.
