急诊绿色通道无缝衔接脑卒中心对急性脑卒中患者的急救效果观察

The effect of seamless connection from emergency green channel to stroke center on patients with acute stroke

目的对脑卒中患者采用急诊绿色通道,观察其疗效。方法将60例2018年1月至2020年1月期间本院收治的脑卒中患者选入为研究对象,按照住院号数字奇偶法分为对照组和观察组,各30例,对照组患者走普通就诊流程,观察组患者采用急诊绿色通道,记录并比较两组患者就诊的各项关键时间、致残率、病死率、治疗满意度及治疗后生活质量。结果观察组患者各项检查时间以及其他关键时间均低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组患者致残率为6.67%(2/30),对照组为26.67%(8/30),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.55,P=0.03);观察组治疗满意度为96.67%(29/30),对照组为80.00%(24/30),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.04,P=0.04);观察组患者治疗后各项生活质量评分均较对照组显著提升(均P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中患者实行绿色通道无缝衔接式流程,通过协调分诊台、急诊检验科、CT室、介入科、抢救室等相关科室开通完整的绿色通道,对患者实行先检查后交费的原则,大大缩短了患者从就诊到接受治疗的时间,患者和家属不用来回奔波浪费时间,同时有助改善患者的预后,降低致死率和致残率,提升生活质量和满意度。

Objective To observe the effect of emergency green channel for stroke patients.Methods Sixty stroke patients treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the odd-even inpatient numbers.The patients in the control group went through the common treatment process,and the patients in the observation group went through the emergency green channel.The key duration,disability rate,mortality rate,treatment satisfaction,and quality of life after treatment were recorded and compared.Results The examination duration and other key durations in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The disability rate of the observation group was 6.67%(2/30),that of the control group was 26.67%(8/30)(χ^(2)=4.55,P=0.03).The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%(29/30),that of the control group was 80.00%(24/30)(χ^(2)=4.04,P=0.04).The quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The green channel seamless connection process is implemented for stroke patients.Through coordinating the triage table,emergency department,laboratory,CT room,intervention department,rescue room,and other relevant departments,a complete green channel was opened,the principle of examination before payment is implemented for patients,which greatly shortens the time from diagnosis to treatment.Patients and their families do not have to waste time back and forth,and at the same time,it helps to improve prognosis,reduce death rate and disability rate,improve the quality of life and satisfaction.
