静脉用药集中调配中心人员职业危害的危险因素调查

Investigation on risk factors of occupational hazards among nurses in pharmacy intravenous admixture service center

目的调查静脉用药集中调配中心(PIVAS)护理人员职业危害的影响因素,并就其给予相应的防护对策。方法纳入2019年1月至2020年1月在本院各科室治疗室工作的护理人员106例,收集其一般资料,调查其工作情况,将发生职业危害护理人员分为发生组(n=15),未出现职业危害的为未发生组(n=91),并应用多因素logistic分析法对护理人员职业危害的危险因素进行调查。结果纳入的106例护理人员中,有15例出现职业暴露,发生率为14.15%,经多因素logistic分析物理因素、化学消毒剂、防御过当等均为静脉用药中心护理人员发生职业暴露的危险因素,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论物理因素、化学消毒剂、防御过当等均是导致护理人员职业危害的独立危险因素,因此,医院及各科室应加强宣教,提高护理人员整体素质,提高防范意识同时,减少职业危害的发生。

Objective To investigate the influencing factors of occupational hazards of nurses in pharmacy intravenous admixture service center(PIVAS),and to give corresponding protective countermeasures.Methods A total of 106 nursing staff who worked in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected,their general data were collected,their working conditions were investigated,they were divided into two groups according to there were occupational hazards or not.Multivariate logistic analysis was used to investigate the risk factors of occupational hazards among nursing staff.Results Of the 106 nurses included,there were 15 cases of occupational exposure,with the incidence of 14.15%.Multivariate logistic analysis showed that physical factors,chemical disinfectants,and excessive defense were the risk factors of occupational exposure of nurses in PIVAS(all P<0.05).Conclusion Physical factors,chemical disinfectants,and excessive defense were independent risk factors of occupational exposure of nursing staff in PIVAS.Therefore,hospitals and departments should strengthen education,improve the overall quality of nursing staff,raise the awareness of prevention at the same time,reduce the occurrence of occupational hazards.
