铌对球墨铸铁共晶温度和铸态组织的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用热分析法测定了Mn-Cu-Mo球墨铸铁的凝固冷却曲线,并借助于图像分析软件对铸态组织进行了观察和定量分析。研究了铌对球墨铸铁的共晶温度和石墨化、球化率和基体组织的影响。结果表明:铌的加入对球墨铸铁的共晶温度和石墨化影响均不大;随着铌含量的增加,球墨铸铁的球化率明显下降。此外,铌的加入使基体组织中铁素体含量下降,并细化珠光体。 Solidification cooling curve of Mn-Cu-Mo nodular iron was measured by thermal analysis method,and the as-cast microstructure was observed and quantitatively analyzed with the help of image analysis software.The effect of niobium on the eutectic temperature,graphitization,spheroidization rate and matrix of the nodular iron was studied.The results showed that the addition of niobium had little effect on the eutectic temperature and graphitization.As the content of niobium increased,the spheroidizing rate of nodular iron decreased significantly.Also,the content of ferrite in the matrix decreased and the pearlite was refined because of the addition of niobium.
