回阳九针对全身麻醉犬血液流变学的影响

Effect of Huiyangjiuzhen Acupuncture on Hemorheology in General Anesthetized Dogs

静脉血栓栓塞(Venous thromboembolism,VTE)在外科手术患者中常有发生。围手术期许多因素会引起血液流变学指标改变,出现血流缓慢、血液黏滞性升高,增大围术期静脉血栓栓塞发生率。通过针刺全身麻醉犬的回阳九针穴,并检测血液流变学相关指标,探讨回阳九针对全身麻醉犬血液流变学的影响。结果显示,针刺组麻醉前后全血黏度、全血还原黏度、全血相对黏度、红细胞刚性指数、红细胞变形指数、血流阻力、卡森黏度和卡森应力的降低程度显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明回阳九针可以显著降低全身麻醉犬的血液流变学指标,有助于降低围术期静脉血栓栓塞的风险。

Venous thromboembolism(VTE)is a common complication in patients undergoing surgery.Lots of factors would cause hemorheology changes during perioperative period,decreasing blood flow and increasing blood viscosity,which results in VTE finally.In the study,the hemorheology in general anesthetized dogs treated with/without acupuncture using Huiyangjiuzhen acupuncture were investigated.The results showed that there were significantly different in whole blood viscosity,whole blood reduced viscosity,apparent viscosity of whole blood,erythrocyte rigidity index,erythrocyte deformation index,blood flow resistance,Carson viscosity and Carson yield stress between acupuncture treatment group and control group before and after anesthesia(P<0.05).It is suggested that Huiyangjiuzhen acupuncture could significantly reduce the canine hemorheology under general anesthetized and be benefit of minimizing the risk of VTE during perioperative period.
