摘要
噬菌体是病毒中分布最广泛和最常见的群体,具有专一性强、裂解效率高、易发现且成本低等优点。噬菌体现阶段已被用于人类食品安全卫生、动植物病原菌的控制等方面,是代替抗生素控制细菌病的重要手段。沙门氏菌是一种常见的食源性致病菌和人畜共患病原菌,感染动物机体后会引发沙门氏菌病,导致幼龄动物出现较高的感染率和死亡率。国内养殖业主要依赖抗生素防控沙门氏菌感染,但随着细菌的不断进化,沙门氏菌在不同物种之间产生了严重的耐药性。论文就噬菌体的生物学特性和作用机制及噬菌体在防控畜禽沙门氏菌感染中的应用进行综述,以期为研究和应用提供参考。
Bacteriophages with the advantages of high specificity,high cracking efficiency,detecting easily and low research and development costs are the most widespread and common group of viruses.Bacteriophage has been used in food safety and health of human beings,control of pathogenic bacteria of animals and plants,and is an important method to substitute for antibiotics in controlling bacterial diseases,which has been used in human food safety and hygiene,control of animals and plants pathogenic bacteria.Salmonella is a common foodborne pathogen.Salmonellosis is a serious zoonosis caused by Salmonella which leads to high infection and death rate in young animals.In domestic husbandry industry,antibiotics were mainly used to prevent and control Salmonella infection,but with evolving Salmonella develops severe resistance among different species.In order to provide reference for future research and application,in this paper,the biological characteristics and mechanism of phage and its application in the prevention and control of Salmonella infection in livestock and poultry were reviewed.
