现状排水管道废除施工方案选择研究

Selection Research of Construction Schemes for Abolishing the Current Drainage Pipeline

以长沙市某道路改造工程为例,根据工程地质条件、周边环境以及道路改造方案等情况,分析了现状排水管道废除的原因,提出了现状排水管道废除常见的4种施工方案——放坡开挖废除、钢板桩支护开挖废除、非开挖灌砂废除、非开挖注浆废除。结合本项目特点,为避免管道开挖对道路质量的影响及节约工程造价的原则,最终确定本项目现状排水管道的废除采用非开挖注浆废除方案。此方案的成功应用可为今后现状排水管道的非开挖废除提供范例。

This paper takes a road renovation project in Changsha city as an example.According to the geological conditions,the surrounding environment and the road improvement scheme,etc.,the reasons for the abolition of the current drainage pipeline are analyzed.Four common construction schemes for abolishing the current drainage pipeline are proposed,including slope excavation abolishing,steel sheet pile construction abolishing,non excavation sand filling abolishing and non excavation grouting abolishing.Combined with the characteristics of this project,the principle of pipeline excavation did not affect the road quality and project cost saving are considered.Finally,the abolition of the current drainage pipeline of this project determined to adopt non excavation grouting abolishing method.Its successful application can provide a guideline for the non excavation abolition of the current drainage pipeline in the future.
