摘要
根式基础使用仿生原理来模拟树根的形状,增加结构和与土壤的接触面积,改善基础整体承载力,但传统的人工根键定位顶进施工方案存在效率和精准度较低的缺点。通过对圩区根式桩基数控+磁力感应系统的施工技术的实践证明,数控技术的应用大大提高了根键顶进效率及精度,利用声测管及磁力感应系统进行辅助定位,进一步提高了根键安装精度,保证根键施工质量。通过总结施工过程创新应用要点,将其形成根式桩基数控定位顶进施工技术,为类似施工提供借鉴和参考。
The"root"type foundation uses bionic principle to simulate the shape of tree root,increase the structure and contact area with soil,and improve the overall bearing capacity of foundation.However,the traditional artificial root key positioning jacking construction scheme has the disadvantages of low efficiency and accuracy.The practice of numerical control+magnetic induction system on root pile foundation in polder area proves that the application of numerical control technology greatly increases the efficiency and precision of root key jacking.Acoustic measuring tube and magnetic induction system are used for auxiliary positioning to further improve the installation precision of root key and ensure the construction quality of root key.By summarizing the key points of construction and innovative application in the construction process,this paper forms the numerical control positioning jacking construction technology of root pile foundation,which provides reference for similar construction.
