复合强劲桥面铺装施工技术研究

摘要 既有高等级公路桥梁桥面铺装技术一般是采用带钢筋网片的水泥混凝土作为桥面铺装的下面层,用沥青混凝土作为桥面铺装的上面层。但该种传统桥面铺装的钢筋网片易"沉底",受施工和环境等多种不利因素影响,其短期内容易出现裂缝、局部坑槽等病害,给行车舒适性、结构安全性和通行能力造成了严重影响。论文通过对常见的桥面铺装病害产生原因进行分析与总结,并结合成资渝高速公路TJ6标段桥面铺装工程,详细地介绍了复合强劲桥面铺装施工的具体优化设计措施,以期对类似工程有借鉴意义。 The existing deck pavement technology of high-grade highway bridges generally uses cement concrete with reinforced mesh as the lower layer of the deck pavement,uses asphalt concrete as the upper layer of the bridge deck pavement.However,the steel mesh of the traditional bridge deck pavement is easy to"sink to the bottom",which is affected by many unfavorable factors such as construction and environment,and is easy to cause cracks,local pits and other diseases in a short time,it has a serious impact on driving comfort,structural safety and traffic capacity.By analyzing and summarizing the causes of common bridge deck pavement diseases,and combining with the bridge deck pavement project of Chengzi-Chongqing Expressway TJ6 section,this paper introduces the concrete optimization design measures for the construction of composite strong bridge deck pavement in detail,in order to provide reference for similar projects.
