维抢修队的综合能力是天然气管线安全运行的重要保障。西部管道公司基于辖区内的11支维抢修队的综合能力评估结果,对维抢修队存在的问题进行了分析。能力综合评估从12个方面,对64个指标进行了详细的打分。通过对综合得分和各二级指标得分的分析,发现了当前维抢修队存在的关键问题,并提出了相应的改进措施。

The comprehensive capability of maintenance and repair team is a key guarantee for the safe operation of the natural gas pipelines.The Western Pipeline Company analyzed the deficiency of the maintenance and repair team based on the results of comprehensive capability assessment on 11 teams within its region.The assessment was conducted from 12 aspects with 64 indicators by scoring.Based on the total scores and the scores on every indicator,the key deficiencies of the maintenance and repair teams were analyzed and the improvement suggestions were proposed.
