在我国市场经济体制的发展中,招投标具有不可忽视的作用。伴随着我国法律法规的完善,招投标管理的作用不断突显。论文对招投标过程中出现的问题进行了阐述,并对这些问题提出了相应的解决办法,以期更好地促进招投标市场的稳定,保障招投标当事人的合法权益。

In the development of China’s market economy system,bidding plays an important role.With the improvement of China’s laws and regulations,the role of bidding management has become increasingly prominent.This paper elaborated on the problems in the bidding process,and proposed corresponding solutions to these problems,in order to better promote the stability of the bidding market and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the bidding parties.
