当前很多企业在进行生产管理的时候对于成本的控制认识不足,成本控制管理不严,导致企业市场竞争力低下。针对这种现状,论文对输电线路铁塔制造企业生产成本控制影响因素进行分析,并提出一些控制的方法建议。

At present,many enterprises in the production management for the lack of understanding of cost control,cost control management is not strict,resulting in the low competitiveness of enterprises in the market.In view of this situation,the paper analyzes the factors that influence the production cost control of transmission line tower manufacturing enterprises,and puts forward some suggestions for control methods.
