长链烷氧基聚氧乙烯醚丙烯酸酯共聚物的合成及性能 被引量:1

摘要 以不同长链烷氧基聚氧乙烯醚丙烯酸酯、丙烯酰胺和2丙烯酰胺基2甲基丙磺酸为单体,通过聚合制备三元共聚物PAAC_(12)、PAAC_(14)和PAAC_(16)。聚合物的分子结构通过红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱得到了表征。采用热重分析仪和流变仪对聚合物的热稳定性和水相增黏性进行测试,并通过高温高压张力仪对聚合物的界面性能进行测试。试验结果表明:聚合物具有良好的增稠性和热稳定性,其分子主链的分解温度大于380℃;聚合物的界面活性也较优,在油溶性表面的接触角低至46.39°,可将煤油水界面张力降至12.51 mN/m;聚合物PAAC_(12)、PAAC_(14)和PAAC_(16)对稠油的降黏率分别为81.5%、86.3%和93.6%,显示出良好的乳化降黏性能。 The copolymers PAAC_(12),PAAC_(14)and PAAC_(16)were prepared by polymerization with different long carbon chains alkoxypolyetherlene glycol acrylate,acrylamide and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid.The molecular structures of the copolymers were characterized by FT-IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy.The thermal stability and water phase viscosity of the polymer were tested by thermogravimetric analyzer and rheometer,the interface properties of the polymer were tested by high temperature and high pressure tensiometer.The test results show that the polymer has good thickening performance and thermal stability,the decomposition temperature of the molecular backbone is more than 380℃,the interface activity of the polymer is also excellent,the contact angle on the oil-soluble surface is as low as 46.39°,and kerosene-water interfacial tension can be reduced to 12.51 mN/m.The viscosity reduction ratios of the polymers PAAC_(12),PAAC_(14)and PAAC_(16)for heavy oil are 81.5%,86.3%and 93.6%,respectively,which show good emulsification and viscosity reduction properties.
