The clinical scientific research is a process of constantly asking questions and solving problems.Clinicians should select scientific research projects which comes from the clinic and goes back to it according to clinical and practical importance.This article analyzes and summarizes the basic principles,concise scientific problems,scientific hypothesis,and four elements of clinical research project selection comprehensively,so as to provide assistance and guidance for clinicians in terms of research project selection.
