围产期产妇产后抑郁与其心理弹性调节及产前感知压力的相关性研究

Correlation of women's perinatal depression with their psychological elasticity regulation and prenatal cognitive stress

目的对围产期产妇产后抑郁情况、产前感知压力及心理弹性调节进行调查,并分析三者间的相关性。方法纳入2018年1至6月在本院门诊规律产检和建档的孕妇132例,应用一般资料调查表收集患者资料,应用感知压力量表评估产妇的感知压力,应用心理弹性量表评估产妇心理弹性调节情况,应用产后抑郁量表评估产妇产后1个月的抑郁现状。并采用Pearson相关分析法分析三者间的相关性。结果产妇产后抑郁评分为(10.36±4.20)分、心理弹性评分为(25.04±5.89)分、产前感知压力评分为(16.34±4.78)分,经Pearson相关分析法分析,产后抑郁与产前感知压力呈正相关,与心理弹性呈负相关(均P<0.05)。产妇产前感知压力与心理弹性呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论大部分产妇产后均存在不同程度的抑郁表现,产前感知压力的增加显著提高产后抑郁的发生,而良好的心理弹性调节能显著降低产后抑郁的发生。因此,护理人员应高度重视对产妇的心理弹性调节,缓解其感知压力的同时,避免或减少抑郁的发生。

Objective To investigate the postpartum depression,prenatal cognitive stress,and adjustment of mental flexibility in perinatal parturients,and to analyze the correlation between them.Methods From January to June,2018,132 pregnant women were enrolled in the out-patient department of our hospital for regular antenatal check-up and filing.Their general data were collected.Cognitive Stress Scale was used to evaluate their stress.Mental Resilience scale was used to evaluate their adjustment of mental resilience.Postpartum Depression Scale was used to evaluate their depression 1 month after delivery.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between them.Results The scores of postpartum depression,psychological resilience,and antenatal cognitive stress were(10.36±4.20),(25.04±5.89),and(16.34±4.78).Pearson correlation analysis showed that postpartum depression was positively correlated with antenatal cognitive stress and with psychological resilience(both P<0.05).Antenatal cognitive stress was negatively correlated with psychological resilience(P<0.05).Conclusion Most parturients have different degree of postpartum depression;prenatal cognitive pressure can significantly increase the occurrence of postpartum depression.Therefore,nursing staff should adjust their psychological resilience to relieve their cognitive stress and to avoid to reduce the occurrence of depression.
