益生菌辅助治疗小儿慢性荨麻疹的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of probiotics on chronic urticaria in children

目的探讨在常规使用第二代非镇静抗组胺药物治疗小儿慢性荨麻疹过程中加用鼠李糖乳杆菌等益生菌治疗的效果。方法将2017年11月至2019年8月期间68例小儿慢性荨麻疹随机分为治疗组35人、对照组33人,治疗组口服氯雷他定及益生菌治疗1个月,对照组口服氯雷他定治疗1个月,1个月之后根据症状、体征的总积分下降的指数评定治疗效果。结果治疗组中21人治愈,11人显效,2人有效,1人无效,总有效率为91.4%;对照组中16人治愈,7人显效,6人有效,4人无效,总有效率为69.7%;治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论口服氯雷他定及益生菌比单纯口服氯雷他定治疗小儿慢性荨麻疹效果更佳,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of lactobacillus rhamnosus and other probiotics combined with second-generation non-sedative antihistamine on chronic urticaria in children.Methods Sixty-eight children with chronic urticaria from November 2017 to August 2019 were randomly divided into the treatment group(35 cases)and the control group(33 cases).The treatment group was treated with loratadine as well as probiotics for 1 month,and the control group was treated with loratadine for 1 month.The results in both groups were evaluated according to the index of the decrease of the total score of symptoms and signs.Results There were 21 cured cases,11 very effective cases,2 effective cases,1 invalid case in the treatment group,with the total effective rate of 91.4%;there were 16 cured cases,7 very effective cases,6 effective cases,4 invalid cases in the control group,with the total effective rate of 69.7%.The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of loratadine combined with probiotics is better than that of loratadine in the treatment of chronic urticaria in children,which can be widely used in clinical practice.
