齐拉西酮与利培酮治疗青少年首发精神分裂症的临床效果比较

Ziprasidone versus risperidone in treatment of adolescents with first-episode schizophrenia

目的比较齐拉西酮与利培酮治疗青少年首发精神分裂症的临床效果。方法选2018年1月至2019年12月本院收治的51例青少年首发精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,随机数表法分两组,对照组(25例)采用利培酮治疗,观察组(26例)采用齐拉西酮治疗,比较精神分裂症程度、治疗效果、不良反应情况。结果对照组患者治疗前与治疗2周、4周、8周后PANSS评分分别为(165.36±11.54)分、(133.35±9.75)分、(101.52±8.47)分、(84.56±7.76)分,观察组分别为(165.13±11.33)分、(132.58±9.13)分、(98.45±8.65)分、(85.46±7.65)分;两组治疗2周、4周、8周后PANSS评分均较治疗前低(均P<0.05),但组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。两组治疗总有效率、治疗期间不良反应发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论齐拉西酮与利培酮治疗青少年首发精神分裂症能有效改善患者精神分裂症程度,治疗效果均显著,且治疗期间不良反应总发生率相近。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of ziprasidone versus risperidone in the treatment of adolescents with first-episode schizophrenia.Methods Fifty-one adolescents with first-episode schizophrenia treated at our hospital from January,2018 to December,2019 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(25 cases)and an observation group(26 cases).The control group were treated with risperidone,and the observation group with ziprasidone.The schizophrenia degrees,treatment effects,and adverse reactions were compared between these two groups.Results Before and two,four,and eight weeks after the treatments,the PANSS scores were(165.36±11.54),(133.35±9.75),(101.52±8.47),and(84.56±7.76)in the control group,and were(165.13±11.33),(132.58±9.13),(98.45±8.65),and(85.46±7.65)in the observation group,with statistical differences between before and after the treatments in both groups(all P<0.05)but no between these two groups(all P>0.05).There no statistical differences in the total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during the treatment(both P>0.05).Conclusion Ziprasidone and risperidone in the treatment of adolescents with first-episode schizophrenia can effectively improve their schizophrenia degrees and are effective,with a similar total incidence of adverse reactions during treatment.
