林下养鸡与生态环境相互关系研究进展

Research Progress on Relationship Between Raising Chickens under Forest and Ecological Environment

林下养殖是林下经济的重要模式,而林下养鸡是我国林下养殖最为普遍的形式,林下养鸡能很好的将林业与养殖业相结合,可产生良好的生态效益、经济效益和社会效益。本文从林下养鸡对生态环境的影响与林下生态环境对鸡生长发育的影响两个角度归纳总结两者之间的相互关系及影响,系统阐述了林下养鸡对土壤理化性质、土壤养分含量、土壤微生物、林地植被生长和植物多样性的影响,以及林下生态环境对鸡只成活率、生长性能、肉品质、鸡内脏器官和血液指标的影响的研究进展。以期为林下养鸡的发展和深入研究提供科学的参考。

Under-forest breeding is an important mode of under-forest economy.Raising chickens under forest is the most common form of under-forest breeding in China,which combines forestry with breeding industry well,and has good ecological,economic and social benefits.This paper summarizes the two aspects of the impact of raising chickens under forest on ecological environment and the impact of un⁃der forest ecological environment on chicken growth and development.The effects of raising chickens un⁃der forest on soil physical and chemical properties,soil nutrient content,soil microorganism,forest vegeta⁃tion growth and plant diversity,and the effects of ecological environment under forest on survival rate,growth performance,meat quality,internal organs and blood indexes of chickens were systematically ex⁃pounded,in order to provide a scientific reference for the development and in-depth study of forest chick⁃en.
