世界水稻核心种质的耐储藏特性鉴定 被引量:2

Identification of Seed Storability in Rice Core Collections from 47 Countries Worldwide

摘要 通过人工老化方法(温度42℃,相对湿度RH88%),对来自3K基因组中的456份世界水稻核心种质进行耐储藏特性鉴定。结果初步表明,世界水稻核心种质耐储藏特性差异很大,基本呈连续分布。不管是籼稻还是粳稻,热带或亚热带起源的水稻材料均比温带起源的水稻材料更耐储藏,来自印度尼西亚、孟加拉国和菲律宾等亚洲热带国家的水稻材料最耐储藏,来自非洲热带的马达加斯加的水稻材料耐储藏性居中,来自中国的水稻不耐储藏,而来自日本的粳稻最不耐储藏。籼稻总体上比粳稻耐储藏,而且籼稻和粳稻都有极端耐储藏的材料。筛选出了19份极端耐储藏的籼稻和3份极端耐储藏的粳稻材料。研究结果为水稻耐储藏的遗传育种提供了种质资源。 The storability of seeds of 456 rice core collections was identified with artificial aging tests from the 3K rice genome.The results showed that the difference was significant for the seed storability of these core collections.Despite of indica rice and japonica rice collections,the rice accessions are more storable from the tropical and subtropical origin than that from the temperate origin.The rice accessions from tropical Asian countries such as Indonesia,Bangladesh and Philippines exhibit the most storability,the rice accessions from Madagascar in tropical Africa is medium storable,the rice accessions from China is less storable,and the rice accessions from Japan is the worst storable.The distribution of seeds germination percentage from 456 accessions was continuous.In addition,the seed storability of indica was better than that of japonica,both indica rice and japonica rice collections had the extremely storable accessions.Therefore,we had chosen 22 extremely storable rice accessions of 19 indica types and 3 japonica types showing the potential in breeding for the improved storability of new varieties in the future.These results above provide new germplasms for rice genetics improvements in storability.
