广8优1059是福建农林大学用自育的优质恢复系金恢1059与广东省农业科学院水稻研究所选育的三系不育系广8A配组育成的高产、抗病、优质杂交稻新品种,2020年通过福建省农作物品种审定。2019年引进福建省三明市沙县作晚稻种植,表现植株整齐,熟期转色好,穗头较大,结实率高,丰产性好。总结了广8优1059在沙县作晚稻种植的特征特性及高产栽培技术。

Guang 8 you 1059 is a new hybrid rice variety with high yield,disease resistance and good quality,which was derived from the cross of a three-line male sterile line Guang 8A and a high quality restorer line Jinhui 1059.It was approved and released by Fujian Province in 2020.It was introduced and planted at Shaxian County of Sanming City,Fujian Province as late rice in 2019.The results showed that this cultivar was characterized by plant uniformity,good color of ripening period,larger panicle,higher seed setting rate,and high yield.The characteristics and high-yielding cultivation techniques of Guang 8 you 1059 as late rice at Shaxian County were summarized.
