绝经后女性高血压发病机制及防治

Pathogenesis and Prevention of Hypertension in Postmenopausal Women

高血压是临床上最常见的慢性疾病之一,可导致全身各靶器官损害,是心脑血管事件发生的高危因素。在绝经后女性这一特殊群体中,高血压发病率明显上升,具有明显的年龄性别差异。大量研究表明该差异与生殖激素水平变化有关,女性围绝经期及绝经后生殖内分泌的改变与女性高血压的发生有关系,但其发生机制错综复杂,多种机制共同参与,尚需进一步研究证实。目前,绝经后女性高血压疾病不管是发病机制方面,还是预防治疗措施方面,均存在许多争议和不确定性。本研究主要围绕绝经后女性高血压的流行病学、激素分泌特点及临床特点进行分析,深入探讨绝经后高血压的发病机制及防治,以期为该病的临床干预和治疗提供借鉴和参考。

Hypertension is one of the most common chronic diseases in clinical practice,which can damage the target organs of the body and is the high risk factor for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events.In the population of postmenopausal women,the prevalence of hypertension increased obviously,with significant age and gender differences.A large number of studies have shown that these differences are related to changes in reproductive hormone levels.The changes in female perimenopausal and postmenopausal reproductive endocrine are related to the occurrence of female hypertension.However,its occurrence mechanism is intricate and multiple mechanisms participate together,and further research is needed to confirm.At present,there are many controversies and uncertainties about the pathogenesis or preventive and treatment measures of hypertension in postmenopausal women.In this paper,the epidemidogy,characteristics of hormone secretion and clinical feature of hypertension in postmenopause women were systematically analyzed,and the pathogenesis and prevention of postmenopausal hypertension were in-depth discussed,in order to provide reference for clinical intervention and treatment of the disease.
