随着世界形势以及我国我情的发展变化,大学生的成长环境也发生着巨大的变化,这就给高校从事大学生思想政治教育工作的辅导员,提出了新的要求,高校辅导员亟需创新思路,拓宽学生教育管理的广度与深度。本文以学生成长需求调研为基础,探索高校辅导员工作室的建设路径。

With the development and change of the world situation and China's situation,the growth environment of college students has also changed dramatically,which puts forward new requirements for college counselors engaged in Ideological and political education.College counselors need to innovate ideas and broaden the breadth and depth of student education management.Based on the investigation of students'growth needs,this paper explores the construction path of college counselor studio.
