摘要
在“工学结合、知行合一”的理念下,提出目标设定、情景创设、载体设计、教学评价、师资支持、学习品质养成六个《酒店英语》课程改革步骤,从组织、制定、资源三个方面提出保障措施,以期为其他同类课程的教学改革提供思路。
In the concept of“Work-Study Combination,Knowledge-Action Unity”,this paper takes“Hotel English”course as an example,proposes six steps of reform,including goal setting,situation creation,carrier design,teaching evaluation,teachers support and learning quality cultivation,and put forward safeguard measures from three aspects of organization,formulation and resources,so as to offer some useful suggestions for the teaching reform of other courses.
