乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合特比萘芬治疗念珠菌性阴道炎的效果

Effects of Lactobacillus vaginal capsules combined with Terbinafine in treatment of candidal vaginitis

目的:探讨乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合特比萘芬治疗念珠菌性阴道炎(CV)的效果。方法:选取70例CV患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各35例。对照组予以盐酸特比萘芬片口服治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗。比较两组临床疗效、血清炎性因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平、临床症状评分、不良反应发生率及复发率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.14%,高于对照组的77.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组灼痛、外阴瘙痒、黏膜水肿、分泌物增多等症状评分低于对照组,且IL-6、CRP、TNF-α水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组复发率为2.86%,低于对照组的22.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合特比萘芬治疗CV效果显著,可改善患者症状,减轻炎症反应,降低复发率,安全性较好。

Objective:To observe effects of Lactobacillus vaginal capsules combined with Terbinafine in treatment of candidal vaginitis(CV).Methods:70 CV patients were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Terbinafine hydrochloride tablets orally,while the observation group was treated with Lactobacillus vaginal capsules on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the serum inflammatory factor[interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]levels,clinical symptom score,and incidence rate of adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.14%,which was higher than 77.14%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of the symptoms such as burning pain,vulvar pruritus,mucous edema,and increased secretions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the levels of IL-6,CRP,and TNF-α were lower than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was 2.86%,which was lower than 22.86% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Lactobacillus vaginal capsules combined with Terbinafine have a significant effect in the treatment of CV,which can improve the patients’symptoms,reduce the inflammatory reactions,and reduce the recurrence rate with good safety.
