摘要
通过在合成α-NaYF_(4)纳米球的基础上,改变NaF和稀土离子(RE=Y,Yb,Er/Ho/Tm)的摩尔比和反应时间合成出一系列不同长径比的β-NaYF_(4)纳米棱柱和纳米棒,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)对样品进行表征,利用荧光光谱仪、荧光寿命仪对样品的多色发光性能进行研究。结果表明:在近红外光(NIR)激发下,掺杂不同激活剂离子Er^(3+)、Ho^(3+)、Tm^(3+)分别得到绿色((4)^S_(3/2)→(4)^I_(15/2))、黄色(5)^S2→(5^)I_(8))、蓝色((1)^G_(4)→(3)^H_(6))的上转换发光;Er^(3+)的(4)^S_(3/2)→(4)^I_(15/2)辐射跃迁衰减寿命为75.46μs,Ho^(3+)的(5)^S_(2)→(5)^I_(8)辐射跃迁衰减寿命为48.74μs,Tm^(3+)的(1)^G_(4)→(3^)H_(6)辐射跃迁衰减寿命为165.97μs。
A series ofβ-NaYF_(4)nanoprisms and nanorods were synthesized by using solvothermal route via changing the mole ratio of NaF to rare earth ions(RE=Y,Yb,Er/Ho/Tm)and reaction time on the basis of synthesis ofα-NaYF_(4)nanospheres.The nanoparticles synthesized were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and their multicolor luminescence properties of the samples were analyzed by fluorescence spectrometer and fluorescence lifetime spectrometer respectively.The results indicated that doping different activator ions Er^(3+),Ho^(3+)and Tm^(3+)conferred the nanoparticles green((4)^S_(3/2)→(4)^I_(15/2)),yellow((5)^S_(2)→(5)^I_(8))and blue((1)^G_(4)→(3)^H_(6))upconversion(UCs)luminescence respectively under NIR excitation.In addition,the upconversion emission lifetimes for(4)^S_(3/2)→(4)^I_(15/2)of Er^(3+)(75.46μs),(5)^S_(2)→(5)^I_(+8)of Ho 3(48.74μs),(1)^G_(4)→(3)^H_(6)of Tm^(3+)(165.97μs)were measured.
