药学指导教育模式对提升临床用药合理性及安全性的价值探析

Exploration on the Value of pharmaceutical Guidance Education Mode in promoting the Rationality and Safety of clinical Drug Use

目的分析药学指导教育模式在提高临床合理用药中的效果。方法选取许昌市第二人民医院接受的110例需要服用药物的患者为研究对象,研究的时间为2018年1月至2019年5月,根据随机数表法,将所有患者等分为常规组(接受常规的用药干预)与干预组(接受药学指导教育模式),每组55例。将两组用药情况以及患者用药后的不良反应发生率进行对比。结果经分析,相比于常规组,干预组医师不合理用药情况明显减少,不良反应发生率明显较低(P<0.05)。结论药学指导教育模式能够有效监督临床医师合理用药,患者用药后的不良反应发生情况明显减少。

Objective To analyze the effect of pharmaceutical guidance education model in improving clinical rational drug use.Methods A total of 110 patients from the second people’s Hospital of Xuchang were selected as the study subjects.The study period was from January 2018 to May 2019,all patients were divided into routine group(receiving routine medication intervention)and intervention group(receiving pharmaceutical guidance education model),55 cases in each group.The rational drug use and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the routine group,the irrational use of drugs in the intervention group was significantly reduced,and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Pharmaceutical guidance education model can effectively monitor the rational use of drugs by clinicians,and the incidence of adverse reactions of patients after drug use is significantly reduced.
