不同供肾保存方式对肾移植效果的影响

摘要 目的比较不同供肾保存方式对肾移植效果的影响,分析适宜肾移植供肾保存方式的价值。方法选取2016年2月至2019年1月郑州人民医院接受心脏死亡肾脏捐献移植治疗的受者208例,随机分为两组,LifePort组102例(LifePort持续低温灌注保存)和对照组106例(传统静态冷保存),对比组间术后治疗情况、受者早期术后移植肾功能和血清学指标的差异。结果LifePort组术后平均住院时间,DGF发生率、相同时间点(除术后1 d)血清Cr、MDA、Cys C水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),SOD显著高于对照组(P>0.05);LifePort组移植肾存活率、血清BUN与对照组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论LifePort持续低温灌注是供肾较为理想的保存方式,有利于提高肾移植存活率、保护移植肾的功能性、缩短术后康复治疗时间。 Objective To compare the effect of different donor kidney preservation methods on renal transplantation,and to analyze the value of suitable donor kidney preservation methods.Methods From February 2016 to January 2019,208 recipients from Zhengzhou People’s Hospital were randomly divided into two groups,102 cases in LifePort group(continuous hypothermic perfusion preservation)and 106 cases in control group(traditional static cold preservation),the postoperative treatment,early postoperative renal function and serum parameters of the recipients were compared between groups.Results In LifePort group,the incidence of DGF,serum levels of CR,MDA and Cys C were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05)and SOD was significantly higher than those in control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in survival rate and serum Bun between LifePort group and control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Continuous hypothermic perfusion of LifePort is an ideal method for preservation of donor kidney,which is helpful to improve the survival rate,protect the function of transplanted kidney and shorten the rehabilitation time after operation.
