白内障术后主视眼视功能的临床分析报告

摘要 目的对比白内障患者术前及术后主视眼以及非主视眼的矫正视力、屈光状态及对比敏感度等视功能指标变化情况。方法选取2019年1月至2019年5月在洛阳市第三人民医院接受白内障超声乳化手术治疗的96例白内障患者,随机分为主视眼矫正组(n=48)与非主视眼矫正组(n=48)。比较两组白内障患者术前、术后的最佳矫正视力、屈光状态及术后暗适应下对比敏感度指标。结果主视眼矫正组和非主视眼矫正组在术后1个月、术后3个月的矫正视力和术后3个月的屈光状态及术后暗适应下对比敏感度均无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论白内障患者主视眼及非主视眼术后矫正视力、视功能及对比敏感度无明显差异。 Objective To analyze the changes of corrected visual acuity,refractive status and sensitivity of main and nonmain eyes before and after cataract surgery.Methods From January 2019 to May 2019,96 patients with cataract undergoing phacoemulsification in the third people’s Hospital of Luoyang were randomly divided into two groups:main eye correction group(N=48)and non-main eye correction group(N=48).The best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),refractive status and contrast sensitivity under dark adaptation were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in corrected visual acuity at 1 month and 3 months postoperatively,refractive status 3 months after surgery and contrast sensitivity between the two groups postoperatively(P>0.05).Conclusion There was no significant difference in corrected visual acuity,visual function and contrast sensitivity in dark environment between primary and non-primary eyes.
