摘要
目的分析在全科规培学员中进行GLTC医患沟通模式培训对患者满意度的具体影响。方法将52名参加全科规培的2018级学员随机分为实验组和对照组,每组26名,采用自制的满意度调查表对两组学员的患者满意度进行比较。结果实验组患者的满意度(87.8%)明显高于对照组(71.10%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组全科规培医生的导师评价得分和自我评价得分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论引入GLTC医患沟通培训模式可以很好地提高全科规培医师的医患沟通能力及患者的医疗满意度,改善患者的就医体验。
Objective To analyze the specific impact of GLTC doctor-patient communication training on patient satisfaction.Methods 52 students of grade 2018 who took part in the general practice training were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,26 in each group.The self-made satisfaction questionnaire was used to compare the satisfaction of patients between the two groups.Results The satisfaction degree of the experimental group(87.8%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(71.10%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of tutor evaluation and self-evaluation in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of GLTC training model in doctorpatient communication can improve the ability of doctor-patient communication and medical satisfaction,and improve medical experience of patient.
