金坛为农气象服务现状和分析

Present Situation and Analysis of Jintan Serving Agrometeorology

常州市金坛区是首批中央财政“三农”气象服务专项示范县(区),通过多年的努力,专项气象服务在传统大农业、特色农业服务方面效果明显,指导农户防灾减灾的能力也明显提高。农业生产、农村发展、农户生活对气象服务的要求也在不断提高,需要分析金坛区当前的气象服务现状。通过调查、调研等方法了解合作社、农户在农业生产过程中对气象为农服务的新需求,在此基础上,梳理为农气象服务的着重点,有效开展精准服务,积极利用本地气候资源,力争将因气象灾害造成的农业损失降到最低,达到农业高产优质的目的,充分发挥气象在农业经济发展中的科技支撑作用。

Jintan District of Changzhou City is one of the first batch of central finance special demonstration counties of meteorological services for agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Through years of efforts,the effect of special meteorological services in traditional large-scale agriculture and characteristic agricultural services is obvious,and the ability of guiding farmers to prevent and reduce disasters is also significantly improved.The requirements of agricultural production,rural development and farmers’life on meteorological services are also increasing.It is necessary to analyze the current situation of meteorological service in Jintan district.By means of investigation,the new demand of cooperatives and farmers for meteorological services in the process of agricultural production was understood.On this basis,we should sort out the key points of agrometeorological services,effectively carry out precision services,and actively use local climate resources.We strive to minimize agricultural losses due to meteorological disasters.We achieve the goal of high yield and high quality of agriculture.We give full play to the scientific and technological support role of Meteorology in the development of agricultural economy.
