聚维酮碘含漱液对中、重度慢性牙周炎的疗效评价

Efficacy Evaluation of Povidone-iodine Gargle on Moderate and Severe Chronic Periodontitis

目的探讨牙周基础治疗全过程使用聚维酮碘含漱液辅助治疗中、重度慢性牙周炎的临床效果。方法将2018年1月至2019年10月就诊于银川市口腔医院的60例中、重度慢性牙周炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例(150颗牙)。两组患者均行常规牙周基础治疗,观察组同时给予聚维酮碘含漱液。比较两组患者治疗前后患牙的菌斑指数、出血指数、牙周探诊深度及临床疗效。结果治疗前两组患者菌斑指数、出血指数和牙周探诊深度差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者的菌斑指数、出血指数和牙周探诊深度均降低(P均<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后出血指数低于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组患者治疗总有效率(74.0%)低于观察组(84.7%)(P<0.05)。结论两种治疗方案均有效,牙周基础治疗全过程使用聚维酮碘含漱液辅助治疗中、重度牙周炎对减少患者牙龈出血效果更佳。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of povidone-iodine gargle in the treatment of moderate and severe chronic periodontitis during the whole course of periodontal basic treatment.Methods A total of 60 patients with moderate and severe chronic periodontitis who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 patients(150 teeth)in each group.Both groups of patients underwent scaling and root planing(SRP),while the observation group was given povidone-iodine gargle at the same time.The plaque index(PLI),bleeding index(BI),probing depth(PD)and clinical efficacy of the affected teeth were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in plaque index,bleeding index and probing depth between the two groups before treatment(P all>0.05).The plaque index,hemorrhage index and periodontal exploration depth of patients in both groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P all<0.05).The bleeding index in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the control group(74.0%)was lower than that in the observation group(84.7%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Both treatments are effective,and the use of povidone-iodine gargle as an adjuvant treatment during the whole course of periodontal basic treatment is more effective in reducing gingival bleeding in patients with moderate to severe periodontitis,and its possible mechanism needs further study.
