摘要
数字经济已成为经济发展的新引擎,乡村振兴要抓住数字经济发展的历史性机遇。数字经济能够在产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕等方面赋能乡村振兴,浙江省数字乡村建设的实践为我们提供了经验借鉴。推进数字乡村建设,要做好顶层设计、借助各类社会资源助力、培育村民本身的数字化素养、完善数字基础设施建设,更为重要的是要因地制宜,科学把握各地资源禀赋的差异性。
The digital economy has become a new engine for economic development and rural revitalization must seize the historic opportunity of digital economic development.The digital economy can empower rural revitalization in terms of industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance,and affluent life.The practice of digital rural construction in Zhejiang Province provides us with experience and reference.To promote the construction of digital villages,we must do a good job of top-level design,use various social resources to help,cultivate the digital literacy of the villagers themselves,improve the construction of digital infrastructure,and more importantly,adjust measures to local conditions and scientifically grasp the differences in resource endowments across regions.
