新形势下中阿经贸合作中我国企业的应对策略分析

中国与阿拉伯国家都面临着发展经济、改善民生的重任,维护和巩固好中阿关系符合双方的共同利益。近几十年来,中阿双边经贸关系历经风雨考验,在三个不同的发展阶段我国企业也暴露出缺乏风险识别意识、国际化经营理念欠缺和内部管理制度不足等问题。在日益复杂严峻的新形势下,我国企业亟须在总结经验教训的基础上,完善风险综合评估和规避机制、建立符合国际规范的企业合规经营制度;在尊重和理解阿拉伯经商文化的基础上,力争在双方高层战略对接的框架内参与更多重点项目建设,以不断挖掘新的比较优势,推动中阿双边经贸关系走深走实。

Both China and Arab countries are faced with the important task of developing the economy and improving people’s livelihood.It is for the common interests of both sides to maintain and consolidate China-Arab relations.In recent decades,bilateral economic and trade relations between China and Arab countries have undergone trials and hardships.In three different stages of development,Chinese companies have also exposed problems such as lack of awareness of risk identification,lack of international business concepts and insufficient internal management systems.Under the increasingly complex and severe new situation,Chinese enterprises urgently need to improve the comprehensive risk assessment and avoidance mechanism based on summing up experience and lessons.Try to establish a corporate compliance management system that conforms to international standards.On the basis of respecting and understanding the Arab business culture,we should strive to participate in the construction of more key projects within the framework of the high-level strategic docking between the two sides so as to continuously explore new comparative advantages and promote the deepening and solidification of China-Arab bilateral economic and trade relations.
