新时代高职院校师德师风建设现状、问题及实践路径

Current Situation, Problems and Practice Path of the Construction of Teachers' Ethics in Higher Vocational Colleges

近年来,高职院校采取多种切实有效的措施加强师德师风建设,取得了良好的成效。数据调查显示,当前高职院校教师具有坚定的政治立场、高尚的职业操守,能够做到严谨执教。然而,师德师风建设存在着教师内化意识不足、师德建设长效机制不够完善、师德环境不够优化等问题。为此,应突出政治引领,围绕凝心铸魂加强师德师风建设;加强制度保障,完善师德师风长效机制;落实立德树人,实践中锤炼师德之魂;优化师德环境,营造良好的师德氛围。

In recent years,higher vocational colleges have taken a variety of practical and effective measures to strengthen the construction of teacher ethics and have already achieved good results.Data surveys show that teachers of higher vocational colleges nowadays have a firm political stand,noble professional ethics so they can teach rigorously.However,the construction of morality and teaching style has problems such as insufficient teachers’internalization consciousness,insufficient long-term mechanism of teacher’s morality construction and insufficient optimization of the teacher’s moral environment.To solve these problems,we should highlight political guidance,strengthen the construction of teacher's morality around the focus of casting soul.Besides,we should strengthen system guarantees,improve the long-term mechanism of teacher's morality,implement morality and temper the soul of teacher's morality in practice.Last but not least,it is also necessary to create a good atmosphere of teacher ethics.
