“双高”背景下高职院校构建“三全育人”新格局路径探析

Analysis on the Path of Constructing a New Pattern of“Three All-round Education”in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of“Double High”

落实立德树人、践行“三全育人”是高校思想政治教育的一项重要工作。立足于“双高计划”建设对人才培养的任务要求,围绕当前高职院校“三全育人”的现状问题,提出规划同心圆、完善培养链、增加突破点、拓展纵深带、构建新格局,打造“五位一体”育人生态,对当前高职院校助力推进“双高”计划建设具有一定的理论意义和参考价值。

It is an important task of ideological and political education in colleges and universities to implement the morality and practice the“Three All-round education”.Based on the requirements of the“Double High Plan”construction for talent training and focus on the current status of the“Three All-round education”in higher vocational colleges,the article proposes to plan concentric circles,improve the training chain,increase breakthrough points,expand the depth belt and build new pattern so as to create a“five in one”education ecology.These actions have certain theoretical significance and reference value for higher vocational colleges to promote the construction of“double high”plan.
