摘要 高校经管类人才的培养教育必须从提升课程质量入手,持续走深、走实、走稳以质量提升为核心的内涵式发展道路,加快实现教学质量与数量的同步发展。目前,高校经管类课程教学存在内容单一、体系简单、观念固化等问题,需要运用PDCA循环来加强教学质量监控的四大环节,形成一个注重反馈的闭环管理系统,从全面质量发展角度构建“三全一多一现”的新式教学质量监控体系,开展经管类课程教学质量评估工作。 In order to raise talents in the field of economics and management for colleges and universities,we should improve the quality of teaching,continue to deepen,practice and stabilize the connotative development and accelerate the simultaneous development of teaching quality and quantity.At present,there are many problems during the teaching of economics and management courses in colleges and universities,including single content,simple system and fixed concepts.It is necessary to use the PDCA cycle to strengthen the four major links of teaching quality monitoring and form a closed-loop management system that focuses on feedback.The new teaching quality monitoring system carries out teaching quality evaluation of economics and management courses.
