我国畜禽产品农药残留量标准现状研究

农药残留是指应用农药之后,在生物体、环境以及农副产品中有农药原体等残留。我国报道过很多畜禽产品农药残留事件,残留的农药可对消费者健康造成严重影响。进一步探究了我国畜禽产品农药残留量标准现状,详细分析了畜禽产品中农药残留现状、国际组织的农药残留限定标准制定状况、畜产品农药残留、农药残留检测方法以及畜产品农药残留量标准。

Pesticide residue refers to the original pesticide residues in organisms,environment and agricultural and sideline products after the application of pesticides.Many cases of pesticide residues in livestock and poultry products have been reported in China,which can cause serious effects on consumers'health.The current situation of pesticide residue standard in livestock and poultry products in China was further explored,and the current situation of pesticide residue in livestock and poultry products,the formulation of pesticide residue limit standard in international organizations,pesticide residue in livestock products,pesticide residue detection methods and pesticide residue standard in livestock products were analyzed in detail.
