摘要
应用型人才培养取向是地方高师院校面临高等教育大众化趋向而进行的培养目标再定位。地方高师院校应用型人才的培养内核体现在人才指向的应用性、区域性、师范性等特质。地方高师院校应用型人才培养的价值综合体现在对地方高师院校自身、区域社会发展以及高师生和谐发展等方面的价值作用。促进地方高师院校应用型人才培养的主要路径有三个,即:开展教师教育顶层设计,进行课堂教学的适应性改革,以及反思与重构既有教学关系等。
Faced with the trend of popularization of higher education,the orientation of applied talent cultivating is the repositioning of the training objectives in local normal universities.The core of the cultivation of applied talents in local universities is embodied in the characteristics of application,region and teacher training.The value of cultivating applied talents in local normal universities is reflected in that of local normal universities themselves,regional social development and harmonious development of normal university students.There are mainly three ways to promote the cultivation of applied talents in local universities,that is,to carry out the top-level design of teacher education,to carry out the adaptive reform of classroom teaching,and to reflect on and reconstruct the existing teaching relations.
