建筑室外风环境综合评价方法研究

Comprehensive Assessment Method of Building Outdoor Wind Environment

在建筑设计与城市规划阶段,考虑室外风环境有助于改善环境舒适性、安全性、健康性。然而当前风环境的模拟与评价多侧重于一个或少量几个评价指标,尚缺乏一个有效性的综合评价方法。文章基于大量国内外建筑室外风环境评价方面的研究,总结并提出了基于“点”“面”“体”“时间”的多维度综合性评价指标、计算公式、评价路线图。该研究加强了设计师基于风环境性能的建筑设计逻辑理解与操作便捷性,有利于构建可持续的人居环境。

In the early stage of architectural design and urban planning,considering the outdoor wind environment do help improve environmental comfort,safety,and health.The recent natural ventilation simulation and assessment focuses on one or few indicators,which is lacking a comprehensive evaluation method for effectiveness.Based on a large number of literature studies on the evaluation methods of outdoor wind environment,this paper summarizes and proposes a multi-dimensional comprehensive evaluation index,calculation formula and diagram based on“point”,“section”,“volume”and“time”.This research will increase the designer’s logic understanding and operational convenience on the wind environmental performance-based design,which will sufficiently help to build our sustainable living environment.
