摘要 ZF11C-252型GIS是为了适应城市发展新开发的一种占地面积小、轻型化、模块化的252 kV小型GIS。操动机构作为GIS的重要组成部分,在设计前期已经考虑了沿海盐雾极端环境因素,本文根据GIS的使用条件设计出一种针对GIS操动机构的盐雾老化试验,旨在验证GIS操动机构能否保证设计寿命内的可靠性,同时控制金属材料相关制品质量,根据试验结果及时改进设计方案,并为高压开关设备的全寿命周期成本研究提供数据支撑。 ZF11C-252 GIS is a 252 kV GIS with small footprint,light weight and modularity,which is newly devel⁃oped to adapt to urban development.Operating mechanism is an important part of GIS.The extreme environmental factors of coastal salt fog were considered in the early stage of design.According to the use conditions of GIS,a salt spray aging test for GIS operating mechanism was designed in this paper to verify the operation of GIS.Whether the dynamic mechanism can guarantee the reliability within the design life,at the same time control the quality of metal material-related products,and improve the design plan in time based on the test results.On the other hand,it can provide data support for the study of the full life cycle cost of high-voltage switchgear.
