本文以某皮卡车发生引擎盖开裂问题为例,探讨CAE分析在汽车引擎盖优化设计中的应用。首先,对某皮卡车发生引擎盖开裂的问题进行描述,然后从建立模型、模态分析、强度分析、优化设计等几个方面出发,探讨CAE分析在实际问题中的应用。

This paper discussed the application of CAE analysis in the optimization design of automobile hood,taking the hood cracking of a pickup truck as an example.Firstly,the problem of hood cracking of a pickup truck was de-scribed,and then the application of CAE analysis in practical problems was discussed from the aspects of model es-tablishment,modal analysis,strength analysis and optimization design.
