振动拌和水泥稳定碎石基层路用性能

摘要 为明确水泥稳定碎石基层混合料振动拌和效果,通过力学性能试验与耐久性试验,对比分析振动拌和与普通拌和两种拌和方式的混合料性能。结果表明:与普通拌和方式的水泥稳定碎石混合料相比,在7、28、60 d龄期时,振动拌和的水泥稳定碎石混合料力学性能均提高,平均增长幅度10%;振动拌和混合料平均干缩系数减小5%,平均温缩系数减小2.3%,冻融循环后强度比提高5%;在应力比为0.5、0.6和0.7时,振动拌和成型混合料疲劳寿命分别约为普通拌和的1.2倍、1.4倍和1.5倍。 In order to clarify the effect of vibration mixing of cement stabilized macadam base mixture,through me⁃chanical property test and durability test,the mixture performance of vibration mixing and ordinary mixing was com⁃pared and analyzed.The results show that compared with the ordinary mixing cement stabilized macadam mixture,the mechanical properties of the vibration mixing cement stabilized macadam mixture are improved at the age of 7d,28d and 60d,with an average increase of 10%.The average drying shrinkage coefficient of the vibration mixing mix⁃ture is reduced by 5%and the average temperature shrinkage coefficient is reduced by 2.3%.The strength ratio after freeze-thaw cycle is increased by 5%.When the stress ratio is 0.5,0.6 and 0.7,the fatigue life of the vibration mixing mixture is about 1.2 times,1.4 times and 1.5 times of that of the ordinary mixing mixture,respectively.
