常态化疫情防控下泌尿外科线上护理实习教学实践 被引量:19

摘要 目的总结常态化新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控下泌尿外科护理线上实习教学经验,为应对特殊情形下的临床教学提供参考。方法对2020年7~8月入泌尿外科毕习实习轮转1周的127名护生,采取线上直播教学,包括成立线上教学小组、线上课程设计,多形式线上授课与考核等。结果护生课堂签到率100%;综合考核成绩(82.41±6.53)分,达标率100%;教学质量评分(95.51±3.03)分,达标率100%。结论常态化疫情防控下实施线上实习教学效果良好,为线下临床实习打好了基础,有效减少疫情带来的负面影响。 Objective To summarize the experience of giving online teaching to nursing interns working in department of urology amid normalization stage of COVID-19 pandemic prevention and control,and to provide reference for clinical teaching under special circumstances.Methods A total of 127 nursing interns who had been working in department of urology for one week after rotation which occurred in July to August in 2020 were taught online through live streaming:an online teaching group was established,online courses were designed by the group,then multi-form online teaching and assessment,etc.,were delivered.Results The atten-dance rate of nursing interns in online classes was 100%,the comprehensive examination score was(82.41±6.53),with the pass rate being 100%,and the teaching quality score was(95.51±3.03),with the pass rate being 100%.Conclusion Amid normalization stage of COVID-19 pandemic prevention and control,online teaching reaches satisfactory effect,lays a good foundation for offline clinical practice,and effectively reduces negative impact of the pandemic.
